An anonymous hacker, using methods not really legal, was able to achieve a global network of zombie computers in order to scan all IPv4 addresses.

He thus creates a botnet 420,000 nodes that have scanned the IP addresses around the world from March to December 2012. More than 460 million machines were present with a "ping". He then put the results on a map and here's the result:

This map reveals that there are vulnerable devices worldwide. He managed to create a network of botnet, in a simple way. Our anonymous hacker has used basic commands "telnet login root: root" or "telnet login admin: admin" to access hundreds of thousands of machines.

Create a botnet is illegal, and that is why our hacker wish to remain anonymous. He concluded by saying that
he did nothing wrong, and he deleted all the files at the end of the experiment.
